SMS Policy

Effective June 11, 2026

This SMS Policy describes how MaxxCity Realty LLC (“MaxxCity Realty,” “we,” “us”) sends text messages to phone numbers that consumers provide to us, and the choices available to you. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Opt-In and Consent

When you submit a phone number to MaxxCity Realty (for example, through a showing-request form, contact form, or other inquiry), you may be asked to consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

2. Categories of Messages

If you opt in, you may receive text messages such as:

  • Replies and follow-ups from a MaxxCity Realty agent about a property you inquired about, a showing you requested, or an active transaction.
  • Appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and status updates related to your inquiry or transaction.
  • Property alerts or market updates you have specifically requested.

We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not use it for affiliate marketing.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and your interactions with us. You will not receive recurring marketing messages unless you have specifically opted in to a recurring program.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of text messages from MaxxCity Realty at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation text and will not send you further text messages unless you opt back in.

You may also opt out by emailing SMS@MaxxCityRealty.luxe with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and the phone number you wish to remove.

Reply HELP to any text message from MaxxCity Realty for assistance, or contact us using the information below.

7. Supported Carriers

Text messages are supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Phone numbers and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
