Our Commitment

MaxxCity Realty LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to research properties, learn about our service, and reach our team on equal footing.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, are the international reference standard for web accessibility.

Measures We Take

  • Accessibility is part of our design and development workflow, not an afterthought
  • Automated accessibility testing (axe-core, against WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 A + AA rules) is part of our pre-release review, and manual review and remediation are ongoing
  • We conduct periodic manual reviews using keyboard navigation and screen-reader testing
  • The team responsible for the site is trained on WCAG 2.2 AA criteria

Known Limitations

We are working toward full conformance, but some areas of the site may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion. Specifically:

  • Map embeds: Property and office locations are shown using Google Maps embeds, which we do not directly control. The street address and a “Get directions” link are provided alongside every map as a non-visual alternative.
  • Third-party MLS / IDX search: Future property- search features may rely on a third-party MLS provider whose accessibility we partially depend on. We will disclose the vendor here when integration ships and work directly with them to close gaps.
  • Virtual tours and listing videos: Some third-party tour embeds (e.g. Matterport) have limited keyboard or screen-reader support. If you encounter one and would prefer an alternative format (photos, floor plan, or a live walk-through over the phone), contact us using the channels below.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2–3 business days. When you write, please describe the barrier you encountered (page URL, what you were trying to do, what assistive technology you use if relevant) so we can address it quickly.

Alternative Access

If any content on this site is not accessible to you, our team will provide it in an alternative format on request. We can:

  • Read property details aloud over the phone
  • Send listing information, photos, and floor plans by email in a format that works with your screen reader
  • Arrange an in-person or video showing of any property in our portfolio
  • Mail printed brochures with large-print property details

Enforcement

If you contact us about an accessibility issue and are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the United States Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act: civilrights.justice.gov/report.
