Agent Representation · Considered on Inquiry

A small bench.
Estates only.

We open seats only when the work calls for them.

MaxxCity Realty considers a small number of experienced Florida agents for a roster focused on coastal estates above $1M: Vero Beach, Stuart, Melbourne Beach, Cocoa Beach, and the barrier islands between.

The Frame

We don’t recruit at volume.

MaxxCity Realty recruits to fit, not to a number. The bench is deliberately small. The apparatus around each listing (vanity domain, editorial film, brochure folio, brokerage-managed Stream player) takes time to build, and a steady hand to keep running well.

Seats open when the work calls for them. When one does, we’d rather wait for the right agent than fill it on schedule.

Three or four agents. The kind of book they can name from memory.

How It Works Here

What the bench actually changes.

Your listing online

Its own vanity domain, editorial film loop, and a single-property microsite designed around the home.

Photography

Director-shot stills and aerial cinematography commissioned per listing.

Marketing collateral

Custom brochure folio, OG cards tuned per channel, and an unbranded Stream player so the tour reads as cinema.

Lead flow

Inquiries land through an editorial funnel and route to the agent who represents the listing.

Listing roster

A small bench. Every active listing has a name and a face attached to it inside the brokerage.

The Listing Apparatus

Every listing you bring is built like this.

211 Beachside Drive, currently on the bench:

211 Beachside Drive, arrival shot from the editorial film

211beachside.com

Each listing gets its own vanity domain and standalone editorial site: separate Worker, separate Cloudflare zone, separate design.

Atlantic aerial photography commissioned for 211 Beachside Drive

Director-shot

Stills and aerial cinematography are commissioned per home, never pulled from the MLS.

211 Beachside Drive, rear facade from the brochure folio

Brochure folio

A printed and digital folio accompanies every listing, the kind of object a buyer keeps after the showing.

Fit

Who this is, and isn’t, for.

We’re listening if

  • You carry a book of clients accustomed to discretion.
  • You're already at meaningful annual production and want a brokerage that earns the brand line on the sign.
  • You'd rather sell one $4M home this quarter than seven median ones.
  • You consider marketing a serious craft, not a template kit.
  • You hold a Florida license, or you're sitting one soon with a meaningful book waiting.

Probably not us if

  • You're shopping commission splits.
  • You need a brokerage to find your business for you.
  • You'd be uncomfortable on a bench small enough that the broker knows every transaction by closing week.
  • You want desk-rental anonymity.

A Note from the Broker

I’ve been on this coast for fifteen years. Every house I list, every brochure that goes out, every showing on a Saturday afternoon: I either walked through it myself or I know the agent who did.

That’s the standard. If you’d rather work somewhere it isn’t, you’ll find better fits than us. If you’d rather work somewhere it is, send a note. We’ll talk.
