Performance and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site (which pages are most popular, where visitors come from, what device and browser they use, and how they move through the site) so we can improve the experience. The information is aggregated and, where possible, anonymized. GA4 collects data including page views, referring URLs, approximate geographic location derived from IP address (city/region only, not exact), device class, browser type, screen size, session duration, and the path of pages visited within a session. Google may retain this data for up to fourteen months by default. You can opt out of GA4 tracking entirely using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Functional

These cookies remember choices you make (such as preferred region or previously viewed listings) so we can present a more tailored experience on return visits.

Third-party cookies

Some pages embed content from third-party services. These third parties may set their own cookies when you interact with the embedded content. We do not control those cookies; please review the cookie policies of those third parties for details. Currently this includes Cloudflare Stream (video playback on listing pages) and Google Maps (embedded map content where present).
